DocQ Web Design & Illustration

As DocQ grew rapidly, the influx of new features started to overwhelm users, leading to confusion and a spike in customer support requests. The platform lacked a clear, intuitive experience, making it harder for users to adopt and fully enjoy its capabilities. I worked with a team to develop a comprehensive UX strategy and a fresh visual design language. We built a unified design system with new illustrations and a refined color palette to create a more cohesive experience. By addressing key user pain points while preserving essential workflows, the redesign reduced frustration and made it easier for users to navigate and get the most out of DocQ.
